At Unique Image, we are proud to be a trusted distributor of Refectocil professional beauty products since 1995. We are committed to delivering high-quality lash and brow products, with exceptional customer service and reliability.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition

  • A valid proof of purchase is required 

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Compliance)

Due to industry sanitation standards, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products 

  • Lash & brow tints (including RefectoCil products) once opened 

  • Liquid developers or creams once opened 

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number or date of order

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 

Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at kathrynlorenzini@gmail.com with your order details 

  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided 

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours 

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as USPS as we are not responsible for lost returns 

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipping & Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • All orders are shipped via USPS (Post Office), Priority Mail. There is usually a 3 day in transit time for delivery

  • Unique Image is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered

Professional Use Disclaimer

All products sold on UniqueImage.com are intended for licensed professionals or trained users. Proper application techniques are required. Unique Image is not liable for misuse or improper application of products. Refectocil tints are only guaranteed if you use the recommended developers/peroxides product names Combinal or Refectocil.

Limitation of Liability

Unique Image shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any products purchased through this website. By purchasing, you agree to use products at your own discretion and responsibility.
