#0 Blonde Bleaching Paste – Eyebrow Lightening
Blonde Bleaching Paste safely lightens eyebrows up to 3 shades and must be mixed with RefectoCil 3% Cream Developer for proper activation.
It can be used to:
Lighten the natural eyebrow color
Pre-lighten brows before tinting for brighter results
If brows are dark and you are tinting to a lighter color, bleach out brows and then deposit new color. Brows will be porous so watch your time.
Important: Do NOT use Blonde Bleaching Paste on eyelashes.
